These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website of The Bigg Pull, presented by Gentle Giant Promotions ("we", "us", "our"), and your participation in related activities. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Definitions
"Website" means this website and all its pages and content. "Content" means all text, images, video, graphics, logos and other material on the Website. "You" means any person who accesses or uses the Website.
2. Use of the Website
You may use the Website for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes only. You may not use it in any way that is unlawful, that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Website or its security, or that interferes with any other party's use of it. When you submit content to us, for example a Power Team profile, photographs, comments or an enquiry, you confirm that you own or have the right to share that content, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content to record, promote and broadcast the event across our website, live portal and social media, in line with our Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for the content you submit.
5. Donations
Donations made through the Website are voluntary and, unless required by law, are non-refundable. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers whose own terms and conditions apply to the payment transaction. Please ensure your donation details are correct before you submit them. Donations are not investments and do not entitle you to any return, benefit or ownership.
6. Sponsorships, Charities and Partnerships
Sponsorship, charity beneficiary and marketing-partner arrangements are subject to a separate written agreement between you and The Bigg Pull. Any information on the Website about these opportunities is provided as a general guide only and does not constitute a binding offer.
7. Power Team Participation
Participation in the Power Team is subject to a separate participation agreement, waiver and indemnity, which must be signed before taking part. The event is physically demanding and carries inherent risk, which participants accept under that separate agreement.
8. Live Portal and Third-Party Services
Access to the live-streaming portal and any paid services may be subject to their own access, payment and usage terms, which are presented at the point of access. Those terms apply in addition to these Terms.
9. Third-Party Links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content, products, terms or privacy practices, and access to them is at your own risk.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the Website available and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website at any time without notice.
