Every Power Team member wears a cap carrying a charity's logo, and pulls for that cause across 1,650km of live-streamed road.
The Bigg Pull is broadcast live, every day, for 41 days, to a South African and international audience. This is not a local walk, it is a global stage. When you get involved, your brand, your cause and your message travel all 1,650km, in front of the world and the nation.
The cap of each Power Team member carries the logo of a charity of their choice. As they pull, they represent and promote that cause to a national live audience.
Daily close-ups on the walk and the live stream put the charity's logo in front of the nation, every day for 41 days.
The Power Team motivates donations on the live-streaming platform, charities benefit financially throughout the journey.
Charities can also earn through the Revenue Partner Programme, a referral share of live-stream income.

Every member of the Power Team carries one charity on their cap and on their shoulders for all 1,650 km. These are the causes being pulled to Cape Town.
Door of Hope is a Johannesburg faith organisation that has cared for abandoned and vulnerable babies since 1999, when a baby-saver box was built into the wall of the Berea Baptist Mission Church to give mothers in crisis a safe alternative to unsafe abandonment. Babies arrive through hospitals, police stations and the baby box, and are cared for in its homes until they can be placed in permanent families.

The Gift of Sight Trust works to end needless, preventable blindness in South Africa. It funds and performs free cataract and retinal surgery for patients who cannot afford private care and who would otherwise face indefinite waits in the public system.

Great Dane Rescue South Africa is a registered non-profit that rescues, fosters and rehomes Great Danes across the country, and runs a subsidised sterilisation programme alongside its rehoming work.

Amazing Graces is a Christian non-profit and Public Benefit Organisation based in Centurion that has worked with young South Africans from disadvantaged communities since 2011. It trains selected young people through camps, workshops, seminars and outreaches - covering life skills, financial literacy and food gardening - and then supports them to take what they have learned back into their own neighbourhoods. It runs groups across Gauteng, Mpumalanga, Limpopo and the Eastern Cape.

Geseënde Hande is a community centre in Danville, Pretoria, established in January 2022. It runs a feeding scheme providing free, well-balanced hot meals to families facing hunger, alongside an animal project and a community centre offering infant and elderly care, a community shop, health screenings and counselling.

The Rhisotope Project uses nuclear science to fight rhino poaching. Working with the University of the Witwatersrand and backed by the International Atomic Energy Agency, it inserts low-level, harmless radioisotopes into live rhino horns so that trafficked horn triggers the radiation detectors already installed at borders and ports worldwide.

Hero Burn Foundation is a registered non-profit and Public Benefit Organisation supporting burn survivors and their families across South Africa. Founded by burn survivor Annerie du Plooy after she was severely burned in a 2008 light-aircraft accident, it provides practical, emotional and financial support and drives burn-prevention awareness in schools and under-resourced communities.

Woodrock Animal Rescue is one of South Africa's oldest independent, pro-life domestic animal rescue centres, founded in 1992 on 8.5 hectares in the Hennops River Valley outside Pretoria. It takes in homeless, abused, neglected, stray, injured and geriatric animals — more than 500 at a time — and runs an on-site clinic, sterilisation and education programmes and adoptions.

Irene Homes has cared for people with intellectual disabilities since 1904, moving to its present premises in Irene, Centurion in 1909. It provides full-time residential accommodation to women with intellectual disabilities in family-style homes with 24-hour care, alongside day care, therapeutic and protective workshops, skills training and sport.

The WRSA Foundation is the non-profit arm of Wildlife Ranching South Africa, the representative body for the country's wildlife ranchers. It supports wildlife, ranchers and rural communities in times of crisis - drought, fire and flooding - funding feed and wildlife supplements, veterinary services, water solutions and firefighting support, and it is the body The Bigg Pull's donations go to.

Manger Care Centre works to uplift and empower vulnerable and destitute people in Benoni, Gauteng. Its programmes span feeding, clothing, skills development, housing and stay-and-pay opportunities, a 12-step recovery programme and mental-health support, alongside occupational work in carpentry, manufacturing, baking, upholstery and horticulture. One of its largest outreaches is a weekly food programme supplying nutritious meals to more than 38 creches in Etwatwa and Daveyton.

Girls and Boys Town South Africa is a national non-profit founded in 1958, providing residential care to vulnerable boys and girls across ten centres nationally and reaching thousands more each year through its therapeutic, family-group-home and parenting-support programmes.

Oudtshoorn Dogs in Need is a pro-life, no-kill animal welfare organisation serving the Klein Karoo and surrounding districts. It educates, medicates, rescues and rehomes animals — not only dogs and cats but donkeys, horses, goats and sheep — sterilising and socialising every intake in open runs rather than kennels.

Noah's Ark Children's Home is a registered non-profit and Public Benefit Organisation providing a safe, nurturing home for orphaned, destitute and abused children from birth to eighteen, meeting their physical, emotional and educational needs.

Ngwana Baby House is a registered non-profit and place of safety in Fauna Park, Polokwane, which has cared for abandoned, orphaned and relinquished babies since 2006. 'Ngwana' means child, and the home cares for infants through to adoption or family reunification. It is the only dedicated home of its kind for abandoned babies in Limpopo.

Mahlasedi Foundation is a Pretoria-based non-profit and the social outreach arm of 3C Church. Its largest programme is disaster-relief food distribution reaching communities in every province, alongside a youth empowerment programme and partnerships with primary schools, women's shelters, old-age homes and prisons.

The South African Guide-Dogs Association for the Blind has been creating independence for people with disabilities since 1953 and is the only internationally accredited association of its kind in South Africa. It breeds, raises and trains Guide Dogs, Service Dogs and Autism Support Dogs, and provides Orientation and Mobility training, funded almost entirely by donations.

Make Pretoria Great (MPG) Foundation is a community-driven non-profit working to restore Pretoria's neighbourhoods, rebuild broken public infrastructure and reignite hope, one street, one park and one neighbourhood at a time. It takes its direction from the people who live in an area rather than from a fixed plan, and staffs each project with local labour so the work and the income stay in the community it is done for.
